Callday + Zoom

This guide explains how to add, use, and remove the Zoom integration in Callday. Callday is a cold-calling app for iPhone that moves you through your call list one lead at a time. When a call turns into a meeting, Callday handles the follow-up — and if you connect Zoom, it creates the meeting link for you automatically.

What the integration does

When you book a meeting after a call and tap Generate Zoom link, Callday creates a scheduled Zoom meeting in your own Zoom account for the date and time you chose, then drops the join link into the confirmation email and the calendar event. You never switch apps or copy links by hand. Generating a link is always an explicit tap — nothing is created without your action.

Each user connects their own Zoom account, and every meeting is created under that account.

Requirements

Adding the integration (connecting Zoom)

  1. Open Callday and go to Settings → Zoom.
  2. Tap Connect Zoom.
  3. You'll be taken to Zoom's sign-in and consent screen. Review the requested permissions and tap Allow.
  4. You're returned to Callday. Settings → Zoom now shows Connected with your Zoom email.

That's it — you only connect once.

Using the integration

  1. After a call, choose the Meeting outcome on the post-call card.
  2. Enter the meeting date and time.
  3. Tap Generate Zoom link. Callday creates a scheduled Zoom meeting in your account for that time.
  4. The join link is added to the confirmation email and the calendar event. You can preview the email before it sends.

If you remove a generated link before booking, the Zoom meeting stays harmlessly in your account and no link is sent.

Removing the integration (disconnecting Zoom)

You can remove the integration from either side at any time.

From Callday:

  1. Go to Settings → Zoom.
  2. Tap Disconnect.

This deletes Callday's stored access for your account, so no further Zoom meetings can be created until you reconnect.

From Zoom:

  1. Go to the Zoom App Marketplace and sign in.
  2. Open Manage → Added Apps.
  3. Find Callday and click Remove.

Removing the app from Zoom revokes Callday's access from Zoom's side.

Data and permissions

Callday requests only the permissions it needs to create your meetings:

Your Zoom authorization is stored encrypted and is used only to create meetings you explicitly request. For full details on what data Callday processes and how, see our Privacy Policy.
